Welcome to BSA, where dedication, teamwork, and a true love for the game inspire the next generation of softball athletes. We are more than just a travel ball organization, we are a family committed to developing confident, disciplined, and competitive players both on and off the field. Through elite training, competitive tournament play, and a strong culture of accountability, our athletes grow not only in skill, but in character.

Our coaching staff brings championship-level experience and leadership to every practice and game. Three of our coaches are CIF Champions, two are former collegiate softball players, and one brings Division III coaching experience. We are also proud to have a coach who serves as the Head of the Great Britain Baseball Team, adding international leadership and perspective to our program.

BSA is led by Program Director Matt Magallon alongside Head Coach Katie Taix, Head Coach Chris, and Assistant Coaches Bella and Avery. Together, our staff is united by one mission: to build strong athletes, strong teammates, and strong young women prepared to compete at the highest level.
